고객이 솔루션을 설계하도록 허용하지 않습니다. **기능이 아닌 기회(문제)**를 우선시합니다. 기회 점수(Opportunity Score)(Dan Olsen)를 사용하여 고객이 보고한 문제를 평가합니다: 기회 점수 = 중요도 × (1 − 만족도), 0–1로 정규화. 전체 세부 내용과 템플릿은 prioritization-frameworks 스킬을 참고합니다.
