1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ClaudePluginHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
ClaudePluginHub is a community-maintained directory for discovering and installing Claude Code plugins. The Service provides:
- A searchable catalog of third-party plugins
- Plugin metadata, trust signals, and safety information
- Links to plugin source code repositories
- Marketplace collections for batch plugin installation
Important: ClaudePluginHub is a community project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Anthropic, PBC or Claude.
3. User Accounts
Some features require authentication via third-party OAuth providers (GitHub, Google). By signing in, you:
- Authorize us to receive basic profile information from your OAuth provider
- Agree to maintain the security of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Third-Party Plugins Disclaimer
ClaudePluginHub does not develop, maintain, or control the plugins listed in our directory. All plugins are created and maintained by independent third-party developers.
We are not responsible for:
- The functionality, quality, or behavior of any third-party plugin
- Security vulnerabilities or malicious code in plugins
- Data loss, system damage, or other issues caused by plugin installation or use
- Plugin compatibility with your system or Claude Code version
- Any content, data, or actions taken by plugins
You install and use plugins at your own risk. We strongly recommend reviewing plugin source code, checking trust signals (stars, maintenance scores), and understanding what hooks and MCP servers do before installation.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit plugins containing malicious code, malware, or security exploits
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Use the Service to distribute spam, illegal content, or infringing material
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Intellectual Property
Plugins listed on ClaudePluginHub remain the intellectual property of their respective authors. Each plugin is subject to its own license terms as specified in its repository.
The ClaudePluginHub website, its design, and original content are the property of ClaudePluginHub and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLAUDEPLUGINHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from the use of third-party plugins, service interruptions, or data loss.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
