A careful, honest job-application copilot for any career stage: scan listings (ghost-job and scam aware), score them the way employers actually screen, tailor your CV and cover letter, get a cold-eyes recruiter review before you send, prep for interviews, and track every application. It never invents facts about you and never submits anything on your behalf.
Assemble a submit-ready application pack and checklist for one listing.
One-time connect to your own LinkedIn session so /scan can source LinkedIn jobs too.
Draft a tailored cover letter for one listing.
ATS-score and fit-grade a scanned listing (or every unscored listing).
List stale applications and warm intros to chase; draft follow-up messages.
Scores ONE job listing - runs the ats-scanner skill (0-100 machine pass plus the 10-second recruiter skim) and an A-F fit rubric, then writes score.md. Designed to run several in parallel for batch scoring. Operates only within the given listing folder; never sources, tailors, applies, or messages.
Cold-eyes recruiter simulation. Reads ONE finished application pack (tailored CV + cover letter) against its job description exactly the way the hiring side will - 10-second skim, full read, shortlist decision - then fact-checks every claim against profile/. Used by the review command. Never edits the application itself; it reports, the caller fixes.
Read-only job-sourcing subagent. Sweeps connected job-search MCP tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar) and PUBLIC career portals (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, company careers pages) for roles matching a query, deduplicates them, and writes job.md per kept role. Used by the scan command. Never applies, messages, or connects.
Simulates an enterprise ATS system (Workday / SAP SuccessFactors) to analyse a resume against a job description. Scores the resume 0-100, lists missing keywords, formatting issues, and section weaknesses, runs a 10-second recruiter skim test, then rewrites the summary to pass ATS filters. Trigger when the user says "ATS", "scan my resume", "check my CV against the job", "will my resume pass", "score my CV", "keyword analysis", or pastes a job description alongside a resume/CV. Also trigger for "why am I not getting callbacks" or "am I getting filtered out".
Rewrites, tailors, and optimises CVs for specific job applications. Trigger whenever the user mentions CV, resume, job application, cover letter, job description, tailoring their profile, or wants to apply for a role - e.g. "help me apply", "update my CV", "what should I highlight", "make my CV better for this role".
Simulates recruiter and interviewer conversations, prepares the user for job interviews, scores their answers, and coaches salary negotiation and recruiter replies. Trigger for "interview prep", "mock interview", "what will they ask me", "rate my answer", "how do I negotiate salary", "a recruiter messaged me", "I have an interview tomorrow". Works for technical, competency-based (STAR), and cultural-fit interviews.

A careful, honest job-application copilot for Claude. It scans listings (and flags the ghost jobs and scams), scores each one the way employers actually screen, tailors your CV and cover letter to the roles worth your time, has a simulated recruiter read the result cold before you send it, preps you for the interview, and tracks everything - while following two iron rules:
You do not need to be a developer. You do not need to know what git is.
It works for whatever stage you're at. A final-year student, a Master's graduate, a
PhD heading for industry or academia, and someone with no degree but years of real work
each need a different CV built from the same honest facts - a one-pager led by education
and projects, a two-pager led by experience, or a full academic CV with the complete
publication list. /setup works out your stage from your own CV, confirms it with you,
and every later step follows the right conventions (UK format) automatically.

v
/connect-linkedin optional, anytime - lets /scan include your own LinkedIn
|
v
/scan <query> --> jobs/<company>-<role>/job.md (one per new listing,
| with freshness + ghost-job + scam flags)
v
/score <listing or "all"> --> jobs/<listing>/score.md (knockout check + ATS score
| + 10-second skim + A-F fit grade)
+-- knockout BLOCKED ------------------> skip (no CV fixes a visa/location knockout)
+-- below threshold, weak fit --------> skip (reported, nothing further)
+-- below threshold, strong fit (B+) -> "manual-route candidate" (warm intro beats the portal)
|
v ATS >= ats_threshold (default 75, in profile/profile.yml)
/tailor <listing> + /cover <listing> --> cv.md, cover.md (independent of each other)
|
v
/review <listing> --> jobs/<listing>/review.md (a recruiter who did NOT write
| it reads it cold + fact-checks every claim - fix, recheck)
v
/applypack <listing> --> output/<company>-<role>/ (files + checklist - YOU submit)
|
v
/track <listing> <status> --> jobs/tracker.csv (log "applied" once you actually submit)
|
+--> /outreach <listing> finds the warm path to the team and drafts the notes
+--> /interview <listing> prep pack + live mock when the invite lands
|
v
/followup --> chases anything "applied" 7+ days ago with no reply
Run each command yourself for full control - or run /pipeline <query> to chain
scan -> score -> tailor -> cover -> review -> applypack -> track in one go, stopping
automatically at the score gate and the review gate for anything not worth sending.
/pipeline is a shortcut, not a replacement: every command below still works standalone,
any time, for rerunning a stage or overriding a gate by hand.
