What /mytime does

GET https://timeapi.io/api/v1/time/current/utc → returns JSON { "utc_time": "2026-07-20T04:27:34.1194356Z" }, which the skill surfaces to the user.

Install locally

npx skills add utarn/base-skill-template

Or add it as a plugin source in your ~/.claude/settings.json.

Add a skill

1. Create skills/<your-skill>/SKILL.md with name + description frontmatter.
2. Optionally add skills/<your-skill>/agents/openai.yaml for Codex cross-compat.
3. Register the path in .claude-plugin/plugin.json under skills.
