Plugin marketplace for CrowTech, a lower middle-market investment fund focused on healthcare services and AI/automation for healthcare. Bundles two upstream Anthropic plugin sets into one installable marketplace:

• 3 finance plugins (customized for CrowTech's lower middle-market healthcare focus), ported from anthropics/financial-services-plugins.
• 7 healthcare plugins (verbatim from upstream), ported from anthropics/healthcare.

Works in both Claude Code (CLI) and Claude Cowork (desktop app).

Claude Cowork (desktop app)

1. Open Claude Desktop and switch to the Cowork tab.
2. Click Customize in the left sidebar.
3. Click Browse plugins.
4. Select Personal.
5. Click the + button, then choose Add marketplace from GitHub.
6. Enter the repository URL: https://github.com/<your-github-user>/crowtech-healthcare-finance
7. Install each plugin from the discover list.

Once installed, skills auto-trigger when relevant in chat, and slash commands are available by typing / or clicking the + button.
