법무용 Claude

자주 쓰이는 법무 워크플로를 위한 참조 에이전트, 스킬, 데이터 커넥터 모음입니다. 사내 상거래 계약, 개인정보, 제품 법무, 기업법무, 고용, 소송, 규제, AI 거버넌스, 지식재산, 그리고 법률 교육 영역(로스쿨 클리닉과 학생)을 다룹니다.

여기 있는 모든 것은 하나의 소스에서 두 가지 방식으로 사용할 수 있습니다. Claude Cowork 또는 Claude Code 플러그인으로 설치하거나, 자체 워크플로 엔진 뒤에서 Claude Managed Agents API를 통해 배포할 수 있습니다. 같은 시스템 프롬프트와 같은 스킬을 사용하며, 실행 위치만 선택하면 됩니다.

[!IMPORTANT] 이 플러그인들의 모든 출력은 변호사 검토용 초안입니다. 법률 자문도, 법적 결론도, 변호사의 대체물도 아닙니다. 모든 인용의 출처 표시, 특권 및 주관적 법률 판단에 대한 보수적 기본값, 관할 가정 표시, 제출/발송/의존 전 명시적 게이트가 이런 전제를 반영합니다. 조직 밖으로 나가는 모든 내용은 변호사가 검토하고, 검증하고, 전문직 책임을 집니다. 이 플러그인은 검토를 빠르게 만들 뿐, 검토를 대체하지 않습니다.

이 플러그인들은 Anthropic의 법적 입장을 나타내지 않습니다. 변호사가 쟁점을 분석하도록 돕는 도구입니다. Skill에 checklist item, suggested framework, risk flag, case law 또는 regulatory guidance의 characterization이 포함되어 있더라도 이는 검토 변호사의 자체 분석을 돕는 자료이지 Anthropic의 법 해석이 아닙니다. 이 영역의 법은 상당 부분 확정되지 않았고 계속 변화하고 있습니다. 작업 산출물의 법적 입장에 대한 책임은 플러그인이나 Anthropic이 아니라 플러그인을 사용하는 변호사에게 있습니다.

저장소 구성:

• Practice-area 플러그인 — 사내, 로펌, 학술 법무 업무를 다룹니다. 각 플러그인은 playbook을 학습하는 초기 설정 인터뷰와 모든 스킬이 읽는 CLAUDE.md 업무 프로필을 중심으로 구성됩니다.
• Managed-agent cookbook — 일정 기반으로 피드를 지켜보는 작업 흐름(renewal watcher, docket watcher, regulatory feed monitor, diligence grid, launch radar)용입니다.
• MCP connector — 일반 생산성 도구(Slack, Google Drive, Box)와 법무 특화 시스템(Ironclad, DocuSign, iManage, Everlaw, CourtListener 등)을 연결합니다.
• Named agents — Vendor Agreement Reviewer, DSAR Responder, Termination Reviewer, Claim Chart Builder처럼 업무 이름을 가진 엔드투엔드 워크플로 에이전트입니다. 각 에이전트는 단일 명령으로 실행합니다.

에이전트

각 에이전트는 실행하는 작업 흐름 이름을 따릅니다. 가장 일반적인 진입점이므로, 업무에 맞는 에이전트부터 시작한 뒤 underlying skill, practice profile, connector를 팀의 실제 방식에 맞게 조정하세요.

Tabular Diligence Review	Tabular review입니다. Document당 한 row, data point당 한 column, 모든 cell은 source citation을 포함합니다.
