Team-toolkit

A single Claude Code plugin marketplace for our team. Add it once and get:

• team-skills — all of our in-house skills, bundled into one plugin.
• The third-party plugins everyone uses: context7, playwright, atlassian, firecrawl, claude-mem, ponytail, brand-building-skills (these are pulled from their upstream repos, so they stay current on their own).

AWS is not bundled. AWS skills + MCP come from AWS's official Agent Toolkit (aws configure agent-toolkit), which manages them per-machine. Bundling them would only ship stale copies. See docs/guides/team-setup.md §3. The sync-skills.ps1 script auto-excludes anything in the toolkit store (~/.agents/skills).

For teammates — install (one time)

/plugin marketplace add <your-org>/team-toolkit
/plugin install team-skills@team-toolkit

That one command installs everything — team-skills declares the third-party plugins (context7, playwright, atlassian, firecrawl, claude-mem, ponytail, brand-building-skills) as dependencies, so Claude Code pulls them in automatically. Run /reload-plugins afterward.

For the maintainer — shipping an update

1. Add or edit skills in ~/.claude/skills (and/or graphify hooks in ~/.claude/settings.json).
2. Re-bundle: pwsh ./scripts/sync-skills.ps1 (copies skills and regenerates hooks/hooks.json from your settings.json).
3. Bump version in plugins/team-skills/.claude-plugin/plugin.json (teammates only receive updates when this string changes).
4. git commit && git push.
