AI-led 6-step sprint that walks an AI builder through validating one idea — vertical, buyers, framework, positioning — to a sales deck, outreach plan, and pre-seed investor deck. Adversarial by default. Output is artifacts, not product.
npx claudepluginhub cgbarlow/mitchell-agentic-sprint --plugin mitchell-agentic-sprintRe-enter an active Mitchell Agentic Sprint where you left off. Reads .sprint/sprint.md, surfaces current state and next-step options, dispatches to the appropriate step or sub-flow.
Convene the Mitchell Agentic Sprint Mini Council — five adversarial-by-default skeptical voices (Seed VC, Churned Customer, Competitor Founder, Future-Self, Grumpy PM) that pressure-test the user's current state. Refuses flattery; forces specificity; cites or it didn't happen.
Loopback the Sprint. Reset to Step 2 (Vertical Stack) retaining Builder Profile, Theme Map, and Expert Framework; clear Vertical Stack, Competitor Map, Positioning Whitespace, and Artifacts. Concept §7 — make a "no" cheap.
Pre-flight configuration for a Mitchell Agentic Sprint. Verifies prerequisites, installs the Mitchell profile, and registers the NotebookLM MCP bolt-on if available. Works in both Claude Cowork (no terminal) and Claude Code CLI. Auto-invoked by /sprint-start on first run; call directly only to re-configure.
Start a Mitchell Agentic Sprint. Auto-runs first-time setup if needed, then begins Step 1 (Discovery). The single entry point — users never need to remember /sprint-setup separately.
Mitchell Agentic Sprint Mini Council voice — the Churned Customer. Adversarial-by-default retrospective-regret persona who bought this kind of product, used it 3–9 months, and cancelled feeling burned. Operates with maximum context isolation. Invoke during Mini Council orchestration at Step 1→2 and Step 4→5 transitions, or directly via /sprint-council.
Mitchell Agentic Sprint Mini Council voice — the Competitor Founder. Adversarial-by-default rival-founder persona who runs a competing product in the same vertical and knows the gaps the user hasn't seen. Operates with maximum context isolation. Invoke during Mini Council orchestration at Step 1→2 and Step 4→5 transitions, or directly via /sprint-council.
Mitchell Agentic Sprint Mini Council voice — the Future-Self (12 months from now). Adversarial-by-default temporal-hindsight persona — you are the user, twelve months from today, looking back and naming the regrets. Operates with maximum context isolation. Invoke during Mini Council orchestration at Step 1→2 and Step 4→5 transitions, or directly via /sprint-council.
Mitchell Agentic Sprint Mini Council voice — the Grumpy PM. Adversarial-by-default operational-feasibility persona who's seen every "we'll just X" plan fail and assumes barriers multiply, not fall. Operates with maximum context isolation. Invoke during Mini Council orchestration at Step 1→2 and Step 4→5 transitions, or directly via /sprint-council.
Mitchell Agentic Sprint Mini Council voice — the Seed VC. Adversarial-by-default investor persona that probes traction, moat, inference economics, and 2026 AI-era pre-seed expectations. Operates with maximum context isolation. Invoke during Mini Council orchestration at Step 1→2 and Step 4→5 transitions, or directly via /sprint-council.

Comprehensive UI/UX design plugin for mobile (iOS, Android, React Native) and web applications with design systems, accessibility, and modern patterns
Standalone image generation plugin using Nano Banana MCP server. Generates and edits images, icons, diagrams, patterns, and visual assets via Gemini image models. No Gemini CLI dependency required.
Multi-model consensus engine integrating OpenAI Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, and Claude CLI for collaborative code review and problem-solving.
Write feature specs, plan roadmaps, and synthesize user research faster. Keep stakeholders updated and stay ahead of the competitive landscape.
Retrieve and faithfully reproduce DoView Planning handbook diagrams to accompany an outcomes-theory answer. Faithful adaptation of Prompt B v1.1.9 from https://www.doviewplanning.org/bookai with a Mermaid-first overlay — retrieves Mermaid blocks from the doview-book Markdown edition (https://github.com/cgbarlow/doview-book) first, falling back to upstream PNG/image-file URLs for diagrams that don't translate cleanly to Mermaid. Triggers after a doview-outcomes-answer response when the user asks to see the diagrams, requests the visual model, or says 'show me the picture'. Never redraws, simplifies, or substitutes images.
Quest-based extension for AI-assisted work. Three NPC agents (Gandalf, Dragon, Guardian) provide mentorship, adversarial testing, and quality gates for structured campaigns.
Six psychologically-grounded team role agents (Bear, Cat, Owl, Puppy, Rabbit, Wolf) plus Simon as educator/supervisor. Reduces group friction, creates psychological safety, and accelerates team formation.
A Claude Code plugin that walks an AI-strong builder through six sequential steps to take one of their many ideas and prove out whether it can become a real business — adversarial by default, refusing flattery, demanding verbatim evidence.
By the end of the Sprint, the builder has a locked Vertical Stack, 15–30 buyer interviews captured verbatim, a Mom Test–disciplined theme map, an adapted expert framework, a competitor cluster map with positioning whitespace, and three markdown artefacts ready to take into customer conversations and pre-seed pitches: a sales deck, a customer outreach plan, and a pre-seed investor deck.
The Sprint does not build the product or the website. It gets the builder to the point where they know whether what they're building will sell, and they have the materials to prove it.

v0.3.2 — Claude Code + Cowork plugin testing. Ironed out a few bugs, trying out the workflow to see if it works end to end!
The Sprint is well-suited to Cowork. A six-step validation pipeline runs across multiple sessions over days or weeks, with persistent state at each gate and asynchronous artefact production — that's the shape Cowork is built for. Use Cowork unless you have a reason to prefer the CLI.
From the Cowork tab in Claude Desktop, select + → Plugins → Add plugin
Add marketplace — Select the By Anthropic dropdown, then Add marketplace from GitHub and enter:
https://github.com/cgbarlow/skills
Install three plugins from the marketplace: Six Animals, Campaign Mode, and Mitchell Agentic Sprint (the Sprint depends on the other two; per ADR-003)
Begin your Sprint — run:
/sprint-start
On the first run in a project, /sprint-start auto-invokes setup: prerequisites are verified and the 🧢 Mitchell profile is offered (default install). The Sprint runs in Claude-only synthesis mode — fully featured for Cowork users. (The optional NotebookLM bolt-on for source-grounded synthesis is Claude Code CLI only; see below for that path.) Then Step 1 (Discovery) opens with Mitchell framing your unfair advantages, runway, and rough idea.
To re-configure later (install Mitchell after declining, onboard NotebookLM after the fact), call /sprint-setup directly.
For terminal-first users:
curl -fsSL https://claude.ai/install.sh | bash
/plugin marketplace add cgbarlow/skills
/plugin install six-animals@cgbarlow-skills
/plugin install campaign-mode@cgbarlow-skills
/plugin install mitchell-agentic-sprint@cgbarlow-skills
/reload-plugins
/sprint-start
First run auto-invokes setup (prerequisites, Mitchell profile, NotebookLM offer). Re-configure later via /sprint-setup.Pinned compatibility: campaign-mode@0.4.8, six-animals@0.1.2 (verified 2026-05-08). Or clone the repos into your .claude/plugins/ directory if you'd rather skip the marketplace entirely.
