Turn Claude Cowork into your AI business operating system. Onboarding, daily brief with optional team comms + tasks, plan-then-approve file organization (/tidy-downloads — never deletes), voice writer, audit, weekly self-improvement loop. v0.10 added discovery (/browse-skills and /browse-connectors with /level-up branching). v0.10.2 adds live-fetch from Anthropic's public Connectors directory (claude.com/connectors) and Plugin/Skill marketplaces (anthropics/claude-plugins-official + anthropics/skills) so recommendations stay current — no more stale bundled catalogs. /tune-up now surfaces what's new in the directories since your last tune-up.
npx claudepluginhub automatedmarketer/cowork-ai-os --plugin cowork-ai-osBuilds a new custom skill specific to the user business by handing off to Cowork built-in Skill Creator with a structured spec. Trigger when the user says build me a new skill, add a skill, I want to automate something, create a skill for a task, or types /add-skill.
Scores the user AI business operating system on the 4 Cs (Context, Connections, Capabilities, Cadence). Returns a 0-100 score, breakdown by C, and the top 3 leverage gaps. Trigger when the user says check my system, audit my Cowork AI OS, how am I doing, what is my score, or types /audit.
Pulls team-comms data (channels, DMs, mentions) for the daily brief from whichever messaging platform(s) the user has connected — Slack, Discord, Telegram, Microsoft Teams, or others. Triggered by the morning-brief skill when brief-preferences.md has Q4 (team comms rules) populated. Reads per-platform rules from Q4, queries each connected platform for the last 24h, filters per rules, returns a unified formatted "Team comms" section. Read-only on every platform — never posts, never reacts, never modifies. Activated by /onboard-daily-brief Phase 3.

Use the zip install — it's the recommended path on Mac. Anthropic has open bugs affecting marketplace-based plugin installs in Cowork on macOS (#26951, #28125). The zip upload bypasses all of them and is confirmed working in #39400. The marketplace command in Step 3 below is documented as the secondary path — try it if you prefer, but if anything fails, jump to the zip path.
Before installing, open Terminal (Spotlight → "Terminal" → Enter) and run:
git --version
If you see a version number like git version 2.43.0 → you're good. Skip to the install below.
If you see "command not found" → install git first:
xcode-select --install
Click Install in the popup. Wait ~5 minutes for the download. Then come back here.
Note: macOS does not use "Git Bash" — that's Windows-only. You only need the underlying
gittool, whichxcode-select --installprovides.
After installing git, fully quit Claude Desktop (⌘+Q — closing the window isn't enough) and relaunch before retrying the install.
Open PowerShell (Start menu → "PowerShell" → Enter) and run:
git --version
If you see a version number → you're good. Skip to the install.
If you see an error → download Git for Windows from git-scm.com/download/win, run the installer, accept all defaults. This package includes both git and Git Bash.
After installing, fully quit Claude Desktop (right-click tray icon → Quit) and relaunch.
