• How the rule has been interpreted in key cases
• Flag [RESEARCH NEEDED] where law is not provided

Application

• Arguments in favour
• Counter-arguments and responses
• Areas of uncertainty flagged explicitly

Conclusion

• Clear answer to each issue
• Overall recommendation
• Suggested next steps
