Grep for string literals, i18n keys, or hardcoded text in JSX/TSX/HTML. Identify empty states, error boundaries, and form validations.
Report: string inventory by component, untranslated/hardcoded strings, missing copy for known states, and recommended writing priorities.
Output a brief summary:
