Run the composed workflow **gap-analysis-workflow** using atomic capability skills to systematically identify what capabilities are missing and prioritize their development.
Performs unified gap analysis by parsing natural language intent, routing to specialized skills for security/compliance/testing/etc., aggregating findings into matrices with historical trends and remediation roadmaps.
Extracts structured requirements from vague user requests, decomposing ideas into user stories with acceptance criteria, mapping to available capabilities, and identifying gaps.
Matches user requirements to skills in a registry, scores capability alignment, and recommends prioritized workflow sequences with step IDs, missions, and data flows.
