If flags differ from your wrapper or you need advanced defaults (backend/method/device/threads/format mapping), read:
references/mineru-cli.md./mineru-output/../mineru-output/<basename>/...).Default is single-PDF parsing. Only implement batch folder parsing if explicitly requested.
