ArkTS Refactor

Use this skill when refactoring ArkTS, ArkUI, HarmonyOS, or .ets files.

Principles

1. Preserve component public APIs unless the task explicitly changes them.
2. Do not change decorator semantics casually.
3. Extract small, cohesive helpers.
4. Avoid large rewrites when a targeted change is enough.
5. Keep build() readable and deterministic.
6. Validate with diagnostics or project build commands when available.

Refactor flow

1. Identify the smallest safe change.
2. Make one coherent edit at a time.
3. Re-run diagnostics/tests.
4. Summarize behavior-preserving changes and remaining risks.
