Reporting Method

1. Resolve the reporting surface: dashboard, project, goal set, saved view, note, or workspace area.
2. Pull the minimum data needed. Do not query everything when a focused dashboard or project answers the question.
3. Lead with decision-ready takeaways: risks, wins, changes, and actions required.
4. Prefer grouped summaries over raw dumps: by risk, owner, status, time period, or project.
5. Highlight blockers, overdue work, missing owners, and scope drift before secondary details.
6. Say directly when data is incomplete because a dashboard, goal, connector, or app is unavailable.

Goal Reviews

1. Resolve goal from name, link, or ID.
2. Fetch linked projects and actions when available.
3. Identify target, current progress, timeframe, and owners.
4. Review which linked work is complete, in progress, blocked, or missing.
5. Recommend concrete next actions ordered by impact.

Knowledge Search

Use Hive notes, activity, and workspace context before guessing when the user asks for prior decisions, related notes, or background.

If several results look plausible, summarize top candidates rather than pretending one is certain. When the context implies unfinished work, bridge into action creation or follow-up.
