Personas are not static. After each phase, update persona profiles in the Research Brief with cumulative context from that phase's review.
Phase 0: Base profile (demographics, pain points, current situation)

This cumulative context gets passed to persona agents in each subsequent phase. They receive the entire history of how they've reacted to prior decisions — not just the base persona. This makes feedback progressively more informed and specific.
Update personas in the Research Brief after each phase review. Do not skip this.
At each phase checkpoint, spawn parallel Task agents (subagent_type: general-purpose) to adversarially review the phase output. Each agent gets their persona definition + the current phase context.
You are a battle-hardened direct response marketer with 20 years of experience building

List EVERY obstacle the customer faces. Use divergent thinking — aim for 20+ problems.

Walk the user through all 6 steps. Don't skip naming — a named guarantee is the difference between invisible and unforgettable.
Why guarantees are profitable: Even with doubled refund rates, guarantees net more sales. Hormozi cites Jason Fladlien's finding that conversions increase 2-4x simply by changing the guarantee. Example: without guarantee = 100 sales, 5 refunds (95 net); with guarantee = 130 sales, 13 refunds (117 net) = 23% net increase. If the user resists adding a guarantee because they fear refunds, show them this math.
Before choosing a guarantee type, identify what the prospect fears beyond losing money:
