Vault Synthesize

Synthesize information across multiple notes in the connected Obsidian vault.

Use search_vault with broad queries related to the user's topic. Search multiple angles — keywords, tags, related concepts.
Use read_note to read the most relevant results. Follow wikilink chains (outgoingLinks, incomingLinks) to discover connected notes that add context.
Read at least 3-5 notes before synthesizing. Breadth matters — don't stop at the first match.
Produce a synthesis that:
- Cites specific notes by title (e.g., "As discussed in Note Title...")
- Identifies themes, patterns, and connections across notes
- Highlights contradictions or gaps if they exist
- Organizes information logically rather than note-by-note
If the user wants the synthesis saved, use create_note to create a synthesis note with:
- Wikilinks to all source notes
- A synthesis tag
- Clear attribution in the body
