This skill turns disconnected GitHub issues, PRs, and Linear tasks into one execution flow.
Clusters GitHub issue backlog by root cause into plan-master issues, redirects children, and bundles architectural-fix PRs to close clusters atomically. For large backlogs or when asked to triage/consolidate.
Investigates GitHub issues/PRs: pulls open items via gh CLI, classifies, searches codebase for root causes, reviews contributed code, proposes fixes with file:line references, optionally implements. For GitHub issue/PR triage only.
Manages Linear issues via MCP or GraphQL API: query by key, create/update, transition states, author/audit VantageEx epics, attach GitHub PRs.

Use it when the problem is coordination, not coding.
Gather:
Every item should end up in one of these states:
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Merge | self-contained, policy-compliant, ready |
| Port/Rebuild | useful idea, but should be manually re-landed inside ECC |
| Close | wrong direction, stale, unsafe, or duplicated |
| Park | potentially useful, but not scheduled now |
Create or update Linear only if:
Do not mirror everything mechanically.
