Cut a new @refactco/refact-os npm release — bump version + CHANGELOG, tag, and push. GitHub Actions publishes to npm automatically when the tag lands. For refact-os maintainers only; this skill is NOT shipped to consumers.

Scaffold a new skill under agent/skills/ with correct resolver frontmatter — after checking existing skills — then re-sync the adapters. For repeatable moves not yet covered.

Code-specific layer over the base git-workflow skill: it defers all git mechanics (branch/commit/PR) to git-workflow and adds the code-only gates — run tests/lint/build before pushing, keep CI green, conventional-commit scopes.

Capture a durable, generalizable learning — a preference, project convention, workflow/infra fact, or hard-won approach — into docs/context/learnings.md, promoting any hard rule to agent/AGENTS.md.

Handle the git for any committed change — branch, commit, open the PR — in plain language, so anyone (technical or not) can contribute safely without touching the shared base branch.
