Encare Claude Plugins

Internal Claude Code plugins for Encare. Currently:

• google-workspace-mcp — Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Tasks, Contacts, Chat, Custom Search, Apps Script. Drive-side surfaces are scoped to a claude@encare.net Google Group; share folders with that group to bring them into Claude's view. Gmail and Calendar work normally.

Install

claude plugin marketplace add https://github.com/<org>/encare-claude-plugins
claude plugin install google-workspace-mcp@encare-plugins

After install, restart Claude Desktop. The first Google query opens a browser for OAuth — sign in with your @encare.net account.

Per-plugin setup

Each plugin folder has its own README.md with prerequisites and setup steps. For google-workspace-mcp:

• Host needs Python 3.10+ and uv.
• You need your own Google Cloud OAuth Desktop client. Walk-through is in google-workspace-mcp/OAUTH_SETUP.md. Use User Type = Internal so anyone in encare.net can authorize without per-user test-user setup.
• The plugin install dialog prompts for the Client ID + Secret — paste them in.

Updates

When a new plugin version lands here, your colleagues run:

claude plugin marketplace update encare-plugins

and the new version installs over the old one. Restart Claude Desktop after.
