Skills may have been created by myself or sourced from another marketplace.

Organization : Each folder in the plugins folder will be it's own plugin and should have a .claude-plugin/plugin.json file. Then, in the folder it can have some collection of 'skills', 'agents', 'commands', 'hooks', etc...
