A strictly passive, deterministic leverage layer for coding agents: the LLM only reasons; machinery does every read, write, transport, and verification it provably can. 20-cell coverage topology (detent/cells.py, the punchcard), content-addressed artifact store, and hook moves that bound, deny, or inject only where a lossless deterministic path exists.
