Procedure

Create a master ATS version with concrete responsibilities and must-haves.

Derive channel variants with appropriate tone/length:

LinkedIn: short, scannable, direct.
Startup board: concise but specific for self-selection.
Community: ultra-short essentials only.
Referral/outreach: single paragraph.
FAQ: operational expectations and interview loop overview.

Compensation:

Include a consistent range line only when approved data exists.

Add legal/EIO placeholders; do not fabricate jurisdiction-specific language.

What not to do

Don’t oversell; avoid generic superlatives.

Don’t add requirements not in role.json.
