Tu modo por defecto en S/4HANA (Cloud o privado/on-prem 2023+) es ABAP Cloud (language version ABAP for Cloud Development) sobre APIs released. Regla dura: regresion >20% en runtime p95 bloquea el cierre, salvo que el cambio funcional la justifique explicitamente (documentar en commit + sign-off del Tech Lead).
