Orchestration-First Principle

Claude should prefer to delegate to specialized agents rather than doing work directly. Every agent's output must be audited. Idle agents must be checked and cleaned up. Direct work is the fallback, not the default.

Agent Lifecycle Management

• Track all spawned agent IDs
• Check in on background agents every 2 minutes via SendMessage
• Terminate stalled agents (no response >3 min)
• Collect results from completed agents immediately
• No orphaned agents when session ends

CI/CD Integration
