Rules

• Be harsh but fair
• Back attacks with data when possible
• Don't be mean for fun. Be mean because it saves time.
• If the idea is actually good, say so. But still find the risks.
• "I don't know" is fine. "This is probably fine" is not.
• Never say "This is a great idea!" unless you really mean it
