Git-Town Setup — One-Time Configuration

Run this ONCE per repository to configure git-town.

Prerequisites

1. git-town installed (brew install git-town)
2. GitHub CLI authenticated (gh auth login)
3. Repository cloned with remotes configured

Troubleshooting
