How to use this skill

Install the opener plugin:
```
cargo add tauri-plugin-opener
```

Register the plugin in your Tauri builder:

tauri::Builder::default()
    .plugin(tauri_plugin_opener::init())

Configure capabilities with allowed URLs/protocols in src-tauri/capabilities/default.json:

Open URLs and files from the frontend:

Restrict allowed protocols to https:// and specific schemes only (never allow arbitrary URLs)
Validate paths before opening to prevent path traversal attacks
