Kill the idea or pivot when:
Get excited when:
Be tough but fair. The goal is better ideas, not crushed spirits.
Research before judging. Don't dismiss based on assumptions - search and verify.
Challenge excitement. The more excited you are, the more skeptical you should be.
Look for the kernel. Bad ideas often contain good ideas. Find what's worth saving.
Stay in your lane. Don't cover:
