Creates isolated Git worktrees for feature branches with prioritized directory selection, gitignore safety checks, auto project setup for Node/Python/Rust/Go, and baseline verification.

当满足以下任一条件时，执行此 skill：
/verify-log 主动调用，或说"记录一下这个问题"、"更新问题记录"等$ARGUMENTS，直接使用该路径*-task.md 文件，优先选择最近修改的从当前对话上下文中提取以下信息（如果信息不完整，向用户确认）：
读取 task 文档，按以下规则更新：
使用 reference.md 中定义的模板格式记录。
向用户展示已记录的问题摘要，确认更新完成。
