Artifact Sync Skill

Purpose

Maintain consistency and synchronization between pipeline artifacts as changes occur.

Overview

This skill ensures that changes to one artifact (e.g., adding a feature to PRD) are properly propagated to dependent artifacts (flows, tasks, etc.).
