Produce scaffolded application code from component specs.

Pipeline Position

Requires: specify complete

Produces: $PROBLEMS_ROOT/$ARGUMENTS/scaffold/

Advances: generate → complete

Instructions

Load all specs from $PROBLEMS_ROOT/$ARGUMENTS/specs/.

Load $PROBLEMS_ROOT/$ARGUMENTS/stack/evaluation.md for technology selections.

For each spec: a. Generate directory structure per selected technology conventions b. Write function stubs with docstrings referencing spec IDs c. Write co-located test file scaffolds (from spec test cases) d. Write data schema files (Prisma, SQL migrations, TypeScript types) e. Write API route definitions (from spec interfaces) f. Include health check endpoint for services g. Include OpenTelemetry instrumentation stubs h. Include environment variable declarations

Generate infrastructure files: a. Docker Compose for local development b. .env.example with all required variables c. CI/CD pipeline stub

Generate documentation stubs from OpenAPI/spec interfaces.

Write to $PROBLEMS_ROOT/$ARGUMENTS/scaffold/.

Update pipeline-state.json.
