Tracks progress in .planning/ directories: verifies structure, summarizes recent SUMMARY.md work, reports phase/plan status from STATE.md/ROADMAP.md, counts todos/debug, routes to execute/plan.
Displays Plan-Build-Run project status dashboard, progress, blockers from .planning files, and suggests next actions.
Checks project progress, summarizes recent work and next steps, routes to execute plan or create new one. Use --forensic for 6-check integrity audit.
Share bugs, ideas, or general feedback.
Provides situational awareness before continuing work.
**Verify planning structure exists:**Use Bash (not Glob) to check—Glob respects .gitignore but .planning/ is often gitignored:
