When to Use XMind

When NOT to Use XMind

Client presentations → use bb-presentation instead
Task tracking → Linear
Documentation → Notion

Map Structure Standards

Central node: the core question or goal, not the project name
First level: major dimensions (audience, market, identity, ops)
Second level: specific elements within each dimension
Third level: detail only where needed — don't over-expand
