Compound Intelligence: The moat is not a single model or feature. It is the accumulated system of workflows, memory, feedback loops, user corrections, proprietary context, and decision traces that make the product smarter over time. Intelligence compounds when the product learns from usage, not just from training data.
Service as Software: AI makes software feel more like a service business. Instead of just giving users tools, products increasingly deliver outcomes. The moat comes from operationalizing judgment, handling exceptions, and embedding domain expertise into the product experience. The winner is not the one with more features, but the one that reliably delivers the job to be done.
Prescriptive Data: Raw data and even predictive insights are becoming less differentiated. The real moat is turning data into recommended actions — ideally in context and at the right moment. The strongest products do not just tell users what is happening; they help them decide and execute.

After the scorecard, deliver the final verdict. This is the most important part. The user needs a clear, honest answer: should they build this or not?
