Workflow

Gather current state from all sources (tasks, GitHub, artifacts)
Generate standup report (accomplished, in-progress, blockers, next)
Manage blocked tasks with categorization and escalation
Create status dashboard with stream breakdown and traceability
Verify completion against PRD criteria
Sync tracking data to GitHub
