Upstream Sources

Each vendor directory is vendored from its upstream source repo. See upstream.json for the full mapping.

Syncing from upstream:

scripts/sync-upstream.sh           # sync all vendors

Plugin Registry

.claude-plugin/marketplace.json is the plugin registry consumed by Claude Code. It follows the Anthropic marketplace schema.

Adding a Plugin

1. Identify the upstream source repo
2. Add the vendor mapping to upstream.json
3. Run scripts/sync-upstream.sh <vendor>
4. Add the plugin entry to .claude-plugin/marketplace.json
5. Test with claude --plugin ./plugins/<vendor>/<plugin-name>

Adding a jadecli Custom Plugin

1. Create the plugin directory under plugins/jadecli/<plugin-name>/
2. Add the required .claude-plugin/ manifest
3. Register in .claude-plugin/marketplace.json
4. Test locally before committing
