$ARGUMENTS — iteration slug (e.g.: "01-article-processing") or empty for auto-detection.

Scan the codebase and the last implemented PRD. Update @docs/system-context.md: components, APIs, models, infrastructure. Update the iteration status in @docs/discovery/INDEX.md to Done.
