Problem 3: Difficult to objectively evaluate settings completeness

- Score current settings (out of 100)
- Research latest trends via WebSearch
- Provide specific improvement suggestions

Must read the following documents first:

## Scoring Criteria (Total 100 points)

### CLAUDE.md (20 points)
- 0 points: No file
- 10 points: Basic rules only
- 15 points: Detailed rules + examples included
- 20 points: Team knowledge accumulated + Git managed

### Commands (15 points)
- 0 points: No folder
- 5 points: 1-2 commands
- 10 points: 3-5 commands
- 15 points: 5+ with inline Bash usage

### Agents (15 points)
- 0 points: No folder
- 5 points: 1-2 agents
- 10 points: 3-4 agents
- 15 points: 4+ and specialized

### Skills (15 points)
- 0 points: No folder
- 5 points: 1-2 skills
- 10 points: 3-4 skills (per domain)
- 15 points: Full domain coverage

### Hooks (10 points)
- 0 points: No settings
- 5 points: Basic formatting only
- 10 points: Formatting + lint + additional automation

### Permissions (10 points)
- 0 points: No settings or allow all
- 5 points: Basic whitelist
- 10 points: Fine-grained whitelist

### MCP (10 points)
- 0 points: No connections
- 5 points: 1-2 servers
- 10 points: 3+ external tools connected
