/harness-auditRuns deterministic audits on repository (repo, hooks, skills, commands, agents) via Node script, producing prioritized scorecard with category scores, failed checks, top actions.
/harness-auditAudits the repository against the session-orchestrator harness rubric by running the harness audit script, reporting overall band and score plus low-scoring categories.
/just-ship-auditDiscovers audit skills in .claude/skills, dispatches them as parallel agents for security and quality audits, and consolidates findings into a report. Supports --diff, --skills, and --no-filter flags.
/plugin-auditAudits a skill, plugin, agent, or command path through 8 phases: discovery, structure validation, quality scoring, security, compliance; auto-fixes issues and produces pass/fail report.
/plugin-reviewRuns tiered plugin quality reviews (branch quick gates, PR scoring, release audit) detecting affected/related plugins from git diff.

This script is the source of truth for scoring and checks. Do not invent additional dimensions or ad-hoc points.
Rubric version: 2026-03-30.
The script computes 7 fixed categories (0-10 normalized each):
Scores are derived from explicit file/rule checks and are reproducible for the same commit. The script audits the current working directory by default and auto-detects whether the target is the ECC repo itself or a consumer project using ECC.
Return:
