Auto Note

Analyze the conversation and add a contextual note to the clue workspace. Useful for capturing progress across Claude sessions.

Instructions

Analyze the current conversation and recent activity to determine the most relevant status to capture. Choose ONE of the following (in priority order):

1. Next Steps (highest priority) - If there are clear next steps or pending tasks, summarize them
2. Last Relevant Changes - If significant changes were just made, summarize what changed
3. Recent Activity Brief - If neither above applies, provide a brief summary of recent activity

The note should be:

• Concise (1-2 sentences max)
• Actionable or informative
• Focused on what matters for continuing the work later

After determining the appropriate status note, run:

clue note "<your composed status note>"

Examples of good status notes:

• "Next: implement the login endpoint and add tests"
• "Added clue plugin with 6 commands, ready for testing"
• "Debugging auth issue - token expiration not being handled correctly"
• "Reviewed PR #123, waiting for author to address feedback"

After adding the note, briefly confirm what was captured.
