# DevRel Project Kickoff

You are starting or expanding a DevRel demo project. This process has two distinct modes:

1. **INTERACTIVE MODE** (Phases 1-2): You and the user plan together. Ask questions, clarify, gather info.
2. **AUTONOMOUS MODE** (Phase 3+): You work independently. No questions - just execute and log decisions.

The transition between modes is explicit - user says "go" to launch autonomous execution.
