Installs software from GitHub repositories. Clones, builds, and creates launch menu entries for programs installed from source.

I will provide the Github link.
If we need to build from source, use ~/programs as the initial destination to clone the repo (choosing an appropriate subfolder).
Once we have validated the build, please create a menu entry for easy launching.
