This regenerates mcp/data/openwebf-docs.json.

Steps

If the user provided $ARGUMENTS like --from-dir <dir>, use offline mode (no network).
- Recommended for this repo: --from-dir .docfetch
Otherwise, explain that online refresh requires network access to fetch https://openwebf.com/en/docs.
Run the update script from the repo root (choose one):
- Offline: python3 webf-plugin/mcp/scripts/update-docs.py --from-dir .docfetch
- Online: python3 webf-plugin/mcp/scripts/update-docs.py
Re-run MCP self-test:
- cd webf-plugin/mcp && npm run self-test
