Plan Quarterly Roadmap

Collaboratively define the quarter's epics with the user.

Arguments

$ARGUMENTS - Quarter identifier (e.g., "2025-Q1") or empty for current quarter

Instructions

1. Determine the quarter:

   • If $ARGUMENTS provided, use that quarter
   • If empty, calculate from today's date

2. Check prerequisites:

   • Verify .roadmap/ exists, suggest init if not
   • Read team from config.json

3. Ask about quarter goals:

   What are the main goals for 2025-Q1?
   
   Think about:
   - Key features to deliver
   - Technical debt to address
   - Customer-facing improvements
   

4. For each goal, define an epic:

   a. Clarify the epic:

   Epic: "User Authentication"
   
   What's the goal? What problem does it solve?
   What's in scope? What's out?
   

   b. Rough size together:

   How big is this epic?
   
   - Small (< 20 pts): 1-2 sprints
   - Medium (20-40 pts): 2-3 sprints
   - Large (40+ pts): 3+ sprints (consider splitting)
   

   c. Repeat for other epics

5. Check capacity:

6. Create files:
