Output Requirements

Finding Structure
Every finding MUST include:
- agent: Source agent name
- severity: critical / high / medium / low
- file:line: Exact location
- evidence: Code snippet or pattern
- reasoning: Why this is problematic
- confidence: Numeric score (0.0-1.0)
Filtering
- Exclude findings with confidence < 0.7
- Deduplicate by
file:line:category, keep highest severity
- Group by category and severity
