3. Gap Analysis

• Identify repetitive multi-step tasks that could be automated
• Find missing capability coverage
• Note opportunities for specialized agents

4. Pattern Identification

• Review project structure for areas needing autonomous handling
• Identify workflows that require multi-step coordination
• Find operations that need specialized expertise
• Note places where agent orchestration would help
