- Key stakeholders or affected systems
- Scope boundaries (what's included/excluded)
- Update frequency: Review at each major milestone or when scope questions arise
- Usage: Reference this file regularly to prevent scope drift and ensure all decisions align with original intent
2. plan.md - Project Plan & Roadmap
- When to create: Immediately after establishing purpose, before execution begins
- Content structure:
- Current phase and overall progress percentage
- Detailed step-by-step plan with clear success criteria for each step
- Dependencies between steps
- Risk assessment for each major step
- Alternative approaches (Plan B) for high-risk steps
