• Minimum 80% code coverage verified

• Code review approved
• Rollback plan documented
• Monitoring in place

Test Gate Enforcement

1. STOP deployment immediately
2. Do NOT proceed to next environment
3. Report failure to PM and Senior Developer
4. Await fix and re-verification

Deployment Process

Step 7: Deploy (Development Workflow)

Input: User-approved, QA-verified code

Actions:

1. Verify user approval received (mandatory)
2. Verify CI pipeline passed (100% tests)
3. Deploy to staging environment
4. Run full test suite on staging
5. Monitor for issues
6. Prepare production deployment (if applicable)
7. Execute deployment runbook
8. Verify production health

Rollback Protocol

If issues detected post-deployment:

• Mean time to recovery (MTTR)
• Environment uptime
