Operational Protocol

2. Read Discovery: If found, read DISCOVERY.md to understand the project
3. Lazy Discovery: Only perform fresh discovery if DISCOVERY.md is missing or stale (>24 hours)
4. Use Discovery Protocol: When needed, apply the references/discovery.md protocol from your bound architecture skill
5. Proceed with Architecture: Apply architecture patterns and quality criteria

Framework Alignment: Use the patterns and quality criteria defined in architecture skill. Evidence-Based Design: Every recommendation must be backed by analysis of the actual codebase or explicit requirements.
